Research
Revamping the website of Italy's most important betting company starting from customers’ voice.
We conduct individual remote interviews with SNAI customers and prospects. Through a qualitative approach, we have the opportunity to thoroughly investigate the realm of betting and gaming and delve deeper into important subjects. The survey that was carried out with a targeted group of gamers confirmed the findings and insights obtained from the interviews.
Based on the research findings, we identified three personas, which served as a consistent reference throughout the concept and design phase.
Interaction model
Optimizing User Experience through Enhanced Navigation and Content Organization.
Our effort was dedicated to meticulously improving the platform's interaction model, focusing on refining user navigation and content organization. This endeavor aimed to ensure a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, crucial for a seamless and engaging user experience across desktop and mobile versions of the platform.
Visual Language
Crafting a new visual identity that celebrates both passions and winnings, creating an immersive environment.
Leveraging the brand guidelines and established design principles, we delved into the current visual landscape to fortify SNAI's identity. We designed modular and flexible components to easily showcase the extensive and intricate content of the gaming platform. Additionally, we enhanced the interface responsiveness across various devices.
Enhancing User Comfort with Dark Mode Implementation.
Dark mode was chosen to minimize emitted screen light, maintain low color contrast for improved readability, and reduce eye strain, ensuring users feel more comfortable while engaging with the platform's content.

The revamped event detail page not only showcases various betting options but also integrates a range of statistical information to enrich the user experience. Redefining Betting Experience with Streamlined Ticket Management.
Our focus extended to redesigning the entire betting process, enhancing the ticket composition experience. Additionally, we introduced a dedicated section showcasing all placed bets for easier tracking and reference, ensuring users have constant access to their betting history for seamless consultation and management.

We have improved the gaming experience for the casino, slots, poker, and bingo verticals, simplifying the browsing of the game catalog and making it more personalized for players.

We have completely redesigned the user area, with a particular focus on a user dashboard where you can keep track of all your game data.
We've optimized the account registration flow and reimagined the entire user area, emphasizing a user-friendly dashboard. This centralized control hub empowers users to effortlessly monitor and manage all their gaming activities and data.
Design System
A design library for achieving consistency by scaling your products.
In order to manage design at a larger scale and minimize redundancy, we develop a design library that fosters a shared language and visual consistency across various pages and channels. By establishing a strong visual language, we not only reduce duplicated efforts but also ensure greater consistency in the frontend development process.
