I have been working in this industry for more than 15 years and I still enjoy being part of it.
I’m Danilo Rolle, a Creative & Design Lead with over 15 years of experience in designing digital products and services across diverse industries. My background spans creative agencies, consultancy firms, and startups, where I have helped businesses define, design, and scale user-centered solutions that drive both engagement and impact.
Currently, I work as Creative Lead and Experience Design Manager at Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. I lead a team of designers, focusing on their growth and maximizing their potential.
In addition to my work, I teach Digital Product Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Genoa, guiding emerging talents and contributing to industry development.
I’m also the founder of DOTS, a platform connecting design professionals through events, mentoring, and collaboration, fostering innovation and community growth.
